Mobile Sosh first-smartphone operator, was a pleasant surprise. Six months later, the SoshPhone, which is distinguished by its 4G connectivity, takes over. The price is a bit higher but still moderate face to the proposed equipment. Careful design, large HD screen, 8-megapixel camera sensor and 4-core processor: the SoshPhone not the stigma of a low-cost model. However, what about its performance?

Ultra lightweight and with 7.6 mm thick 132 grams, the SoshPhone seduced first glance with its elegant design. Only Sosh logo, which gives the impression of being (mis) bonded to the hull a bit cheap. The screen edges are relatively thin and skillfully blend into the glass that covers almost entire facade. The diamond patterns that adorn the back glossy black plastic deliver an embossed friendly. Fingerprints had diminished though still very present. A pretty nice achievement, especially when you know that this is ZTE, who designed this model to Sosh. SoshPhone: it shines with its large diagonal

The strength of this mobile has  based on a large HD screen, bright, pretty good contrast and most vibrant without being oversaturated. Dimensions that the grip are a little less comfortable with an Ultima 5-homolog SoshPhone Bouygues Telecom, but that has a price to pay for a feast his eyes full and beautiful 5-inch diagonal. Power side, we find the same engine in the Android smartphone KitKat than its competitor: the famous 400 Qualcomm Snapdragon processor - Quad-Core 1.2 GHz - coupled with a healthy 1 GB RAM 3D performance SoshPhone are not as good as the 5 Ultima involved. big HD screen. It is possible of course to play on this unit if not to be too demanding. However, performance is still far from high-end model. Conventional use, menu navigation is fluid. Only downside, some irregular jerks, were observed in web navigation. Nothing is somber.

Autonomy: it has everything a great

Despite its large screen, the SoshPhone equipped with a high-capacity 2300 mAh battery (as the enduring S Grand Flex ... ZTE!) Displays the best of our comparative autonomy of smartphones less than 250 euros, rivaling the Sony Xperia M2. 20 hours in call nearly 12 hours on 4G or nine hours of video playback. Satisfactory photo and video

Equipped with an eight-megapixel sensor, the SoshPhone allows for fairly nice pictures with a precision that goes beyond the clichés of Ultima. Limited to 720p video slightly lacking fluidity and stabilization is not perfect but without CELA truly penalizing. We would have appreciated that the smartphone had  equipped with a MicroSD card reader, but it will be satisfied with 16GB of internal memory (with a little over 12 GB dedicated to storing files).

The verdict

For 169 euros, Sosh offers with its new SoshPhone, a 4G smartphone with a sophisticated design, very well equipped and offers good performance especially in terms of autonomy. Despite its non-expandable memory - this is our biggest regret - this phone is to rank among the top models of the moment. So we are awarding it five stars well deserved.
